Biochem/physiol Actions
Fully functional as measured using 5 nM Ipase-T and 1 µM Ub-AMC (Cat. No. 662075)
General description
Native, rabbit isopeptidase T. A member of the higher molecular weight group of ubiquitin C-terminal hydroxylases (UCHs) involved in the hydrolysis of isopeptide linkages of polyUb chains. Ipase-T activity is regulated by ubiquitin levels. Plays a major role in ubiquitin recycling and in the regulation of 26S proteasome activity.
